Mindfulness Consulting

  • The focus of a Personal Mindfulness Consultation can be on a multitude of areas.

    We may cover interpersonal relations, work/life/school balance, nutrition, health & wellness and any other topic of choice.

    During our free consultation, we will briefly explore all options and come up with a game plan with that including our area of focus and how often our meetings will take place.

    The meeting location may be at *Fundati Coffee* or our sessions can include mindful walking at Lincoln Woods.

  • The focus of a Couples' Mindfulness Consultation will focus on strengthening a current standing relationship of two individuals. (This can be a romantic relationship, friendship, or family dynamic.)

    We will touch upon the topics of interpersonal relations, work/life/school balance, nutrition, health & wellness, and any other topic of choice for each individual and bring awareness to how they impact the relationship.

    During our free consultation, we will briefly explore all topics of discussion and come up with a game plan with that including our area of focus and how often our meetings will take place.

  • Mindfulness for Businesses can take on a therapeutic approach for owners and employees or become a co-creation with a personalized work plan based on your businesses’ specific needs.

    During our consultation, we will identify areas that need support whether that be employee/customer satisfaction, event planning, marketing, social media, client recruitment, sales, creation & implementation of smart goals, and more.

    Meeting locations can be at Fundati Coffee, place of business, or our sessions can include mindful walking at Lincoln Woods.

  • Mindful Walking

    Host this class to feel a sense of community while also embracing the great outdoors! This class will start with gentle stretching and intention setting. Following, we will go off for a mindful group walk at the place of choice. After our walk we will have the option to end our class with a calming guided mediation, shavasana, and/or a simple send off with gratitude to fully integrate the mindful experience we had with one another!

  • Mindful Biking

    Want an opportunity to use your bike and connect with nature, here’s your chance! This program will start with gentle stretching and intention setting. Following, we will go off for a mindful bike ride on the Blackstone Valley Bike Path. Throughout our bike ride, we will make stops at scenic spots and for water breaks. After our biking experience, we will end class with a cool down and gratitude to complete our time together.

  • Mindful Hiking

    Love mindful walking but want to add a little more of a physical challenge? This is the program! Mindful Hiking will start with gentle stretching and intention setting. Following, we will go off for a mindful hike at the place of choice. After our hike will end our time with a cool down and debrief to fully integrate the mindful experience we had with one another!
